Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of StayKeel ("the Platform," "the Service"), owned and operated by Giacomo Bianchi, acting as an individual (natural person) based in Spain ("the Provider," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of the Service

StayKeel allows you to submit content, organize it, and access it through a web dashboard. The Service is currently offered in an early development stage (alpha/beta), during which features, functionality, and availability may change without prior notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Platform.

4. Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at team[at]staykeel[dot]com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its underlying systems.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or content belonging to other users.
• Use the Platform in a manner that places excessive or abusive load on the Service.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Platform. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service to you. We do not claim ownership over your content.

7. Service Availability and Changes

As an early-stage product, the Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at our discretion, and will provide notice where reasonably possible.

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, branding, and underlying technology, is the property of the Provider and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, branding, or proprietary technology.

9. Third-Party Services

The Platform may rely on third-party service providers to deliver certain functionality. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of any third-party service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the Platform or its users.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by direct notice.
